Our Work

Community Mental Health Australia (CMHA) works to strengthen the voice, impact, and capacity of the community-managed mental health sector. Our work spans national advocacy, sector development, policy reform, lived experience co-leadership, and community-based initiatives. Everything we do is grounded in our commitment to human rights, recovery, inclusion, and collaboration.

Through national projects, networks, and partnerships, we create the conditions for meaningful change, where communities are supported, rights are respected, and lived experience helps shape the future of mental health in Australia.
